With a background spanning years of collaboration with practice owners in pharmaceutical sales, Kayla Donovan brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her journey led her to lead the acquisition team for a corporate operating group in the veterinary domain. Drawing from her extensive experience, Kayla recognized the need for a more straightforward, efficient, and well-organized approach to assist practice owners in making one of the most significant decisions of their lives.

With a track record of closing deals ranging from $5 million to $50 million in value, Kayla is a seasoned expert in deal processes and acquisitions. She has also provided meticulous practice valuations for over 100 businesses, demonstrating her proficiency in evaluating practice worth. Moreover, Kayla’s extensive experience includes consulting and advising numerous practices, making a meaningful impact on the successful sale of these businesses.

Kayla holds a degree in Equine Science from Centenary University and harbors a deep passion for horseback riding. She currently resides in suburban Philadelphia with her husband. In her leisure time, you’ll often find her riding her horse, Levi, in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Joy Grady is a highly accomplished professional renowned for her creative acumen, particularly in marketing, planning, budgeting, and business development. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a results-driven approach that has earned her a reputation for excellence.

With a solid educational foundation, including a B.S. in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Joy has expanded her expertise across various domains. Her areas of specialization encompass expertly managing large-budget event campaigns, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, conducting comprehensive post-event evaluations, and leveraging her proficiency in technical skills and social media platforms. As an entrepreneur and founder of several businesses, Joy has taken on a variety of roles, overseeing all facets of operations, team management, sales and marketing. Joy’s professional journey began in the field of marketing and public relations, where she gained invaluable experience at distinguished companies such as QVC, Inc followed by Comcast while employed by Kim Hannum and Company, LLC.

Joy Grady’s career is characterized by her unwavering dedication and relentless passion for her work. She consistently approaches her endeavors with enthusiasm and an unyielding commitment to excellence. Her ability to adapt, innovate, and consistently deliver exceptional results makes her an invaluable asset at EVO Transition Partners. Joy and her husband are life-long residents of suburban Philadelphia where they live with their three grown children.
